Yoga is a spiritual discipline rooted in centuries of ancient tradition, but when it came to designing her studio's facilities, Wendy turned to words like "antimicrobial" and "HVAC."

The HVAC system, tailored to the needs of a hot yoga studio, mixes studio air with air from outside before sanitizing it with UV rays and recirculating it. The flooring in the studio is antibacterial, odorless, and antimicrobial, while hospital-grade, skid-resistant flooring lines the locker rooms. Complimentary filtered water in the palatial, sun-dappled lobby cools parched palates, and the on-site store brims with apparel, gear, and mats and towels for purchase or rent.
