Star athletes thrive during the peak of heated competition, which is why most Super Bowls are held in volcanoes. Stretch the limits of your limbs with today's Groupon: for $20, you get one month of unlimited Bikram yoga classes at Bikram Yoga Ogden (a $39 value) on historic 25th Street.

Certified by Bikram Choudhury, the instructors at Bikram Yoga Ogden nourish bodily strength, flexibility, and calmness through the Bikram method of yoga. Novice students of all ages and physical conditions can learn 26 positions (asanas) and two breathing exercises inside a 110-degree studio, which is warmed to loosen muscles and increase the flow of blood throughout the body. This 90-minute workout rearranges weary muscles and limbs into positions that bestow health to hard-to-reach areas, such as the organs, glands, and nerves, while elongating ligaments, joints, and facial hair. Classes are held twice daily and three times on Wednesdays.

Note that mats and towels are required and can be rented for an additional $1 each. This Groupon is for Utah residents only.
