What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition? We offer some of the best hot yoga experiences on the Gulf Coast. Our system produces healthy heat with an abundance of fresh oxygen, UV-filtered, and ionized air to remove all bacteria and impurities in the air.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged? All of our teachers are certified at Bikram’s Yoga College of India, in an intensive nine-week training with more than 500 hours of comprehensive study. We pride ourselves on quality, consistency, and fast results. Our teachers are available each class for guidance on your personal practice.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business? Our inspiration to offer Bikram Yoga to Pensacola was to share this amazing method to the community. A place to heal and strengthen the body and mind. We continue to look forward to offering a fun-loving, friendly yoga community with the highest quality Bikram yoga instructors.

What do you love most about your job? The most rewarding aspect of our job is to see our students empower themselves by changing their body and mind. The progress that the students continue to make is remarkable.
