At Summerlin Yoga, teachers Martin Hinton, Liz Steers, Cristin Bartles, and Eddie Guerra boast certifications in yoga. They guide students through postures and breathing exercises in a room with brand new flooring, which helps to warm muscles and flush toxins from the body. Through regular practice of poses, students learn to stretch a host of muscles and ligaments in their bodies and reformat most of the microchips implanted in their brains. Students can partake in myriad types of classes, such as the physically demanding Vinyasa, the hot-room endurance of Tru Hot Pilates and Revitalize, or the cooler temperature alternative Yin Yoga Flow.
