About Birch Grove Massage
Birch Grove Massage’s owner/operator Emily Reed graduated from the National Holistic Institute where she learned Deep Tissue, Swedish, Shiatsu, and Prenatal massage modalities. She recently completed training in Craniosacral Therapy and will incorporate those techniques in sessions upon request or as a stand-alone appointment. Emily is a fully licensed massage therapist.
Her passion for massage developed when she saw, in herself and others, how bodywork can help heal past and current trauma to both the body and mind. Emily believes our relationship with our own body should be cultivated though it may not always come easily.
