Birrierias specialize in the spicy meat stews native to Jalisco, Mexico and goat stew is Birrieria Tlaquepaque's proudest specialty. But the chefs also put together burritos, tacos, and quesadillas from fresh, high-quality ingredients for a menu that has something for everyone.
