What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
Our Mixed Martial Arts program includes training in muay thai, judo, jujitsu, boxing, Steve Mackey's Bushidokan Karate, and folk and Greco-Roman style wrestling. Our instructors each have over 20 years of experience and have both been and trained world champions in various combat-based competitions.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Our high-energy instructors run dynamic classes, ensuring students always have material to work on to help them keep progressing towards their personal goals. We strive to ensure each student knows what to work on and how to continue on their personal path to perform their best!

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Al, Erin, and Steve have been teaching self-defense and training competitive athletes for well over 20 years. They each have a passion to help students become more self-confident and to become more than they believed they could be. Each could not imagine life without helping others achieve goals.

What do you love most about your job?
Our instructors love helping students gain confidence, learn to defend themselves, and stay on the path to physical fitness. Whether through designing training programs or diet consultation, helping people find a healthier and happier life brings us joy.
