About Blushington Makeup & Beauty Lounge

Whether your idea of pretty is glowing skin and a pop of color on the lips or smokey eyes with dramatic contouring, Blushington Makeup & Beauty Lounge can help you achieve your beauty goal. Professional makeup artists at the popular beauty boutique create date-night, wedding, and everyday looks using products from both high-end brands—including Stila, Becca, and Kevyn Aucoin—and indie brands such as Girlacktik and Temptu.

Because they focus purely on makeup—with a few lash-extension and brow services thrown in—Blushingon's staff have experience that lets them seamlessly blend eyeshadow, conceal acne or undereye circles, or change face shapes with contouring techniques. In a video for BuzzFeed, a reporter praised Blushington's date-night makeover, saying she felt a "solid 10 out of 5 in terms of confidence" afterward.

Inside the pretty boutiques, where blush-pink accents mix with white decor and shiny products line glass shelves, guests can relax and sip champagne before their makeovers. They can also take a more active role during makeup classes, watching as artists apply makeup to half of their face and then copying the steps on the other half.
