What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
As Boating Detailer of the Year for Lee County, Florida, our trained technicians will arrive on schedule, using U.S. Coast Guard approved materials which will give your vessel a showroom shine. Boatmaids will scrub your vessel’s decks, clean portholes and seats, polish chrome, and apply finish to your gel coat. Should your gel coat be dull and powdery, we can repair that also with a bit of extra effort.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I am a boat owner, and have worked as a deckhand on large commercial vessels to pay my way through college. I have taught boating safety classes for the US Power Squadron. I know first hand what it takes to detail a boat properly. I owned a chemical/janitorial supply company, so knew all the methods to use to get the best results.

What do you love most about your job?
Satisfaction. Both for my working crew and the owner of the vessel to see the beautiful result of our hard work. “We don’t cut corners…….We clean ‘em”!

What is the best reaction you’ve ever gotten from a customer?
Customer referral. Being recommended by a current satisfied customer to a friend. Receiving a phone call from an old customer who cares to order another detailing job.
