Aveda practices Ayurveda: a 5000 year old Ancient East Indian method of preventative medicine. We believe that all 5 Elements that make up living things (air, fire, water, earth, & infinity) can become out of balance. At Aveda we utilize the Art & Science of Pure Plant & Flower Essences, to regain balance.
