What's Included:

- A tour of the Body20 studio.

- In-depth body composition analysis on the InBody machine which measures body fat percentage, lean muscle mass, basal metabolic rate, weight, etc.

- 10-minute strength demonstration with one of our EMS (electro-muscle stimulation) bodysuits.

- 4-minute cardio demonstration wearing the EMS suit.

- Discussion with your trainer following the workout about your InBody results, fitness goals, and the correct Body20 package for you.

In just a 20-minute training session, your personal trainer will put you through a customized 1-on-1 program, giving your body over 150 times more muscle contractions than a conventional workout without any need to pick up a weight or use traditional gym equipment.

Please Note:

All Body20 clients must change into lycra bottoms and a matching top which will be supplied for you. These articles are also available for purchase for $60. Individuals will be fitted with one of our EMS bodysuits over the lycra outfit - however, please come with the sneakers you typically work out in.
