About Body & Pole
At Body & Pole, we provide a unique pole dancing workout experience that combines strength training and technique. Our One Class Visit option allows you to dip your toes into the world of pole dancing, while our Three Class Visits option offers a more immersive experience to help you unleash your full potential. Each visit is an opportunity to discover your strength and grace in a supportive and empowering environment.
From the moment you walk into our studio, your experience begins. Our 10,000 square foot space features five studios, hundreds of classes, renowned instructors, custom equipment, the B&P shop, common spaces, and familiar faces. Located in the heart of Chelsea, B&P sets the standard for aerial sports in NYC and beyond.
No prior pole dance experience is required. This is where your journey begins. You will learn the fundamentals of pole dance technique and strength training that will prepare you to join our beginner-level classes. We recommend that you take Intro to Pole 3-5 times before moving on. Please wear shorts or pants that can be rolled up to expose the back of your knees.
