What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
Our Barre Tenders motivate and assist clients of all ages and abilities to get in shape with isometric moves and stretches that lift, cinch, and tone up physiques. [We] offer innovative classes that challenge every fitness level and never repeat themselves.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Our energy, personality, toning, and mind-body therapy is our basis of motivation. With our innovative choreography, clients stay challenged and focused. Our clients love the rapid results they receive and that’s just a few of the reasons why our clients stay motivated and committed to Body Sculpt.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
As a school teacher, it has always been second nature for me to share my passion, no matter what the content. Striving for a healthy life, the next chapter for me was to share my fitness methods fused with my enthusiasm and creativity of teaching to impact a different clientele in my community.

What do you love most about your job?
I love the friendships and family we build, the support system and therapy, and the fact that we can walk in on any day not feeling great, yet motivate each other to feel so rejuvenated, strong, and accomplished at the end of an hour. We are family before workout partners, and that is what I love most.
