After Bollywood Bistro's close, Chef Zahir Miha, who worked there for three years, decided to do everything in his power to reopen his own Bollywood restaurant. After years of working in different restaurants, saving money, and making connections, Zahir finally made his dream come true and opened Bollywood Grill. The restaurant serves authentic Indian and Indochinese dishes that provide a wide variety of choices for vegetarians, vegans and meat eaters. One of Bollywood Grill's specialties is a wide variety of fish dishes, including Bengali fish curry, grilled red snapper, or a fish of the day in a mustard marinade.
