BrazBQ founder Adriano Redante is a bit of an expert in the cuisine of Brazil—after all, it's where he grew up. Now, he serves his homeland's tropical flavors and savory grilled meats out of colorful food trucks in downtown Philadelphia, which earned a spotlight on Food Network's Eat St., and a brick-and-mortar location in Yardley. The main attractions are the Hamburgao which is a sliced steak topped with ham, bacon, egg , potato sticks and cheese. Also featured is the cinnamon grilled pineapple wrap.
