We are North Brooklyn’s premier pole-dance studio with more than 25 years of experience in the art of pole dancing and pole fitness. We also specialize in exotic dancing and special events!

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
We don’t have to do much to keep anyone interested. If you love music and love to dance, you’ll love pole dancing. You work out without realizing you’re working out because you’re having so much fun!

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I started this business to help students overcome their inhibitions, shyness, loneliness, and possibly depression. Music moves people; it makes them feel good. Our boutique-style studio is a place to be yourself. Let yourself go, dance and be happy and get fit!

What do you love most about your job?
I love to see people laugh and smile and watch them reap the benefits of hard work from their commitment to look and feel good. I love that I get to listen to music all day long and help students build up their confidence, self-esteem and mental and physical strength. Dance does just that!
