Theresa Braunstein initially took an introductory massage-therapy class so she could try some of the techniques on her handicapped brother. But that one class changed her entire life. A passion for healing the human body took hold of Theresa, and she enrolled in massage-therapy school to become a licensed massage therapist. She is well versed in myofacial therapy as well as classic Swedish, and deep-tissue massages. She also specializes in craniosacral therapy, which focuses on the connective tissue to alleviate chronic pain, reduce stress and anxiety, and improve deep relaxation.
