Brushfire is a roomy, comfortable studio where friends and family can paint, stencil, and sponge pottery that's wildly innovative, beautiful, or beautifully tells the tale of a cat and its adventures with its best friend, an old car.

Start by selecting any plate, bowl, vase, mug, jug, or unexpected pottery discovery from Brushfire's collection of more than 400 finely crafted artifacts. Take a look at Brushfire's colorful design books if you need inspiration. After you make a sketch and pick out paint colors by blindfolding yourself and pointing at the colorful design books, carefully direct your brush in tune with your dreams and wishes, letting your creative juices flow wildly onto the dinnerware of your choosing and spill onto the floor that is thoughtfully provided. Studio time costs $6, and pottery pieces range from $3 to $60, with most falling within the $8 to $15 range. Once you're finished, Brushfire glazes and fires your piece in a kiln; it'll be ready for pick-up in a week or less.
