Monday through Friday, the adult buffet price is $8.50 for lunch and $10.99 for dinner and on Saturdays and Sundays it is $11.99 all day. The menu includes hot items such as sesame chicken, and Chinese-style blue crab. Chefs sizzle pan-fried dumplings and vegetable pancakes while aromas of charbroil Korean beef cakes, grilled chicken teriyaki, grilled veggies, and BBQ pork ribs permeate the dining room. The sushi bar also touts 10–20 sushi varieties. Other items range from oven-baked New Zealand mussels in spicy Japanese dynamite sauce to more than 10 types of fresh salad and more than five kinds of hot soup daily, including egg-drop soup, wanton soup, and spicy seafood soup—not to mention housemade cakes, cookies, fruits, and other desserts.

At each Buffet Palace, a modern 350-seat dining room vaunts sleek countertops and high ceilings as well as a buffet so long visiting Lilliputians regularly land planes on it. Items range from Korean-style salads and Japanese sushi to more than 30 primarily Chinese hot dishes such as sesame chicken and pan-fried dumplings.

In addition to these made-from-scratch items, a chef cooks Asian pancakes and dumplings. Before departure, diners can also stock a plate full of the buffet’s housemade desserts, which include cakes, cookies, and fruit so fresh it often gets smacked by older, wiser side dishes.
