That's because the restaurant-on-wheels whips up burgers and grilled cheese sandwiches that are equal parts creative and mouthwatering. The mango burger's fresh-made beef patty comes piled with cream cheese, sautéed onions, and a sweet mango chutney dripping over the sides, and the waffle burger is topped with goat cheese, blueberry compote, and honey and served on a belgium waffle bun. Waffles also get in on the action on the grilled cheese side of the menu as part of the chicken-and-waffles grilled cheese, which takes two grilled belgium waffles and stuffs them with fried chicken, cheddar, and honey. Crispy fries accompany each meal; customers can choose from regular, sweet potato, or Sweet Blue, which come dressed in blue cheese and balsamic vinegar.
