Cabaret Arts and Social Theatre (C.A.S.T.) at Social Cabaret gives social dancers a supportive environment to take their dance game to the next level. With nightly group dance classes and social dances, instructors available for private instruction, and small-group workshops every month.
Social dance may improve coordination, increases lung capacity, boosts your mental and emotional health with endorphins and social connection, and uses parts of the brain that are different from any other activity during your day. If those benefits aren’t enough for you, social dancing also may improve your social skills, confidence and gives you a major boost in the dating department as you learn to tear up the dance floor and connect through the international language of dance and movement.
