Students will earn their PADI Open Water Diver (or Jr. Open Water Diver if under 15)
In this class you will earn the first level of SCUBA Certification with PADI, a worldwide leading in diving instruction. This deal is for the instruction fee and does not include course materials, rentals, pool fee, or personal gear (mask, fins, snorkel, booties, and gloves). We have limited space for classes so you will need to contact the shop as soon as you purchase your voucher. This class includes 2 days of pool training, and two days of ocean diving. Course materials will need to be purchased and completed prior to first pool session, and remaining balance will need to be paid before the ocean sessions.

About California Ocean Adventures
California Ocean Adventures was started by Brian Renfro for the sole purpose of giving people from all walks of life the opportunity to experience the coastal environment of California. You can getr SCUBA certified and learn to enjoy the exploration of offshore reef systems and canyons of the Big Sur coast, or freedive the kelp forests of Carmel Bay and beyond. We also offer cooking classes that will teach you to cook the delicacies from our intertidal zones. Our goal is to give our students the confidence and knowledge to be stewards of the sea so we can enjoy and protect the fragile and beautiful coastline that is our backyard.
