This is the complete 40-hour required class necessary to sit for the Massachusetts real estate licensing exam.

The 40-hour pre-license course takes place over 2 consecutive weekends, 10 hours per day. The course can be taken in person and virtually via Zoom.

May 4, 5, 18 and 19, 2024 (not consecutive weekends)

Students must attend all four sessions in order to meet the 40 hours of instructional time required by the State of Massachusetts. If the student is unable to attend one or more sessions, they may be made up during the next set of classes, at no extra charge.
