Take in the crisp autumn air and awesome views of the fall foliage as Circle Line sails up the scenic Hudson River to historic Bear Mountain in upstate New York -- with a new addition this year of an onboard Oktoberfest! Snack on German food and beer specials available for purchase while you cruise, and on Saturdays a live German oompah band plays. At Bear Mountain, you'll have the opportunity to spend the next three hours exploring this beautiful area -- hiking, foliage viewing, boating, visiting the zoo and Bear Mountain Inn and more. Then, you'll enjoy another ride back down the river as dusk descends. It's a day of cruisin', leaf peepin', wurst eatin', polka dancin', mountain hikin' fun!

Schedule:
Board: 8:30am at Pier 83
Cruise to Bear Mountain: 9:00am – 11:30am
Time at Bear Mountain: 11:30am – 3:00pm (approximately)
Cruise from Bear Mountain to Pier 83: 3:00pm – 5:30pm

No outside food or beverages are allowed. Food and beverages are available for purchase on board.

Concession stands on board the boat will be closed while docked at Bear
Mountain. Please also note that New York State law prohibits the sale of alcohol
on Sundays before noon.

There is a steep hillside trail leading from the dock at Bear Mountain to the main park area. This hill may be difficult for some people to climb, including those with difficulty walking or in wheelchairs.

Sample Menu:
• German Feast Plate with bratwurst, sauerkraut and German potato salad or Giant Bavarian Pretzels
• Traditional pork schnitzel
• All Circle Line’s classic concessions items (hot dogs, chips, candy, etc.)
• Draft and bucket specials on select Warsteiner German beers

Due to changes made by Bear Mountain State Park, there is no Oktoberfest celebration on land at Bear Mountain. Instead, you can enjoy the new Onboard Oktoberfest while you cruise, before and after your stop at the park.
