Get a relaxing therapeutic 60 minutes zen massage at Mighty Massage.  The therapist will use warm smooth stones and oil to massage the body. The heat allows for deeper pressure without the pain. The heat also reduces soreness and loosens up the muscles. The warm relaxing heat reduces scar tissue and increase circulation.
