About Caya
What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
Caya offers both group fitness classes in barre, Pilates, and yoga, as well as private Reformer Pilates sessions. We have a warm, and intimate space which allows us to have a very close relationship with our clients.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
We were inspired to start this business because of our joint passion for fitness. We also wanted bring a variety of unique classes, taught by top instructors, to the south shore of Long Island.
What do you love most about your job?
The thing I love most about my job, is watching clients reach, and often surpass their fitness goals. I love being able to create an environment in which they feel comfortable trying things they may not have in the past.
What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
The best reaction we’ve gotten from our clients, is when they come to the studio and tell us how taking our classes has improved their lives in ways they weren’t expecting.
