Ceviche Arigato Restaurant blends Peruvian and Japanese cuisine for a menu of seafood-centric tapas and entrées. The marriage of these two far-flung cuisines may be more logical than it initially sounds. After all, sushi and ceviche aren't a whole lot different. And as far as the tapas selection,classic Peruvian dishes, such as the conchas a la parmesana (baked scallops layered with parmesan and mozzarella) fit right in alongside teriyaki ribs and lightly seared tuna tataki. Entrées skew more Peruvian but may incorporate a Japanese twist,like the tallarin saltado's linguini noodles in a soy-based sauce with a choice of meat or seafood.
