What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
You’re going to notice the Champs’ difference. Not just in how well your dog is groomed, but in how well your dog and you are cared for and appreciated.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Serving our clients and their dogs at a higher level than what was acceptable to us as dog owners when we were the clients. All of our staff are dog lovers with an eye for detail and customer service.

What do you love most about your job?
Most of our staff have left professional jobs years ago and have taken pay cuts to be in this industry. We didn't end up here out of chance or necessity. We love the dogs, but we are also people, people that enjoy seeing the owners face light up after seeing their newly groomed dog.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
The best feedback we receive is from the dogs. Almost every dog pulls their owners to get in here and are excited to be here. Also, at the Holiday season...We get a ton of cards from our clients. People's dogs are so important to them and our clients know their dogs are just as important to us.
