Though it only recently opened, Chason's Crab Stadium is already making a name for itself among the Sacramento seafood restaurant scene. The reason: the fresh lobster, Louisiana crawfish, shrimp, and titular crab it serves. Other notable menu items include brown king crab legs in Cajun sauce as well as Cajun fried shrimp and garlic noodles with tiger prawns. And while seafood may be the big draw, it's not the only thing Chason's serves. There's jambalaya, made with chicken and andouille sausage along with shrimp and soft shell crab and barbequed ribs that travel straight from the grill outside directly to customers' plates and bellies.
