About Chef Creole Seafood & Catering

Wilkinson "Ken" Sejour's cooking style is a mix of his Haitian heritage, Bahamian upbringing, and experience working in the Miami restaurant industry—all of which is how he came to be known as Chef Creole. Since opening the first location of his eponymous restaurant, he's been embraced by the regional and national communities, cooking for celebrities such as Chris Tucker and Dwyane Wade, and landing features on TV programs including Anthony Bourdain's No Reservations.

Spiced seafood is his specialty, which guests can sample as fried conch or lobster-shrimp combo platters. Traditional Caribbean recipes include oxtail and stewed chicken, as well as sides of plantains. If you really like what Chef Creole's cooking, you can pick up bottles of his sauces or his spices or invite him to cook for your next slumber party, as he caters events, too.
