About Chili House

Having served two former Chinese presidents, Chef Han's true specialty can be hard to pin down. Crispy, tender pieces from an entire Peking duck make for a strong contender, but so do steaming, soupy Xiaolongbao dumplings. Maybe its the spicy, fried pieces of garlic crab nestled underneath its own shell. Or it could be Han's dim sum, stuffed with different goodies and crafted to look like everything from rabbits to pumpkins and flowers. Wherever the debate lands, Han prepares Chinese dishes so authentic that he was made executive chef in the office of the Consulate General of China.
