The massive woks inside China Chef’s kitchen are constantly sizzling all manner of ingredients, from jumbo prawns and tender chicken morsels to fresh broccoli and seasoned tofu. That's because the menu features authentic dishes that hail from across China, such as Beijing’s famous Peking duck and the egg foo young of Shanghai. And vegetarians aren't left out of the mix, either, thanks to more than 10 plant-based dishes that rope in the likes of bok choy, eggplant, and shiitake mushrooms. The restaurant’s specialty, however, is Cantonese dishes, such as beef chow fun and sweet-and-sour pork. To complement such a wide range of Chinese cuisine, the drink menu features a number of domestic and imported beers and wines, as well as a handful of Asian drinks that extend beyond the borders of China, such as Thai tea and Japanese sake.
