- Weekend sessions are 60 minutes long, while weekday lessons are 30 minutes long. Both sessions are equal to four hours of teaching time.
- Due to the weather being unpredictable, a 6 class minimum is guaranteed for weekday sessions and 3 class guaranteed for weekend sessions.

About Swim Lessons - Bob Makinson Aquatic Center
The Bob Makinson Aquatic Center has been established in 1995 and has since won the Platinum International Aquatic Safety Award in 2007, 2016, 2018 and 2020. While the open hours to the public are seasonal, it operates all year as a training center for competitive swimmers, local lifeguards, and swimming lessons for all ages. In 2003, the name was changed from Kissimmee Family Aquatic Center to the Bob Makinson Aquatic Center after the city's former Commissioner/ Mayor. The park features:
