About Scooter Dawgs, Inc.

Scooter Dawgs, Inc. is affiliated with City Scooters, whose show room sits towards the north end of Milwaukee Avenue, displaying row upon row of brightly-colored two-wheelers to passerby. The shop boasts vehicles from brands such as Wolf Brand, Ice Bear, Keeway, and Binnelli, with some brand-new and others awaiting full service repairs. In addition to selling these mopeds and scooters, the shopkeepers also rent them out, allowing licensed drivers to take the scooters for a spin around city streets on an hourly basis.

After overseeing these daily rides for a while, the staff realized that riding a scooter unlocks a view of Chicago that's completely unaccessible in a car. So, they expanded their business, organizing tours that depart from downtown locations twice daily. Their guides lead crews of tourists and adventurous city dwellers to Wrigleyville or Chinatown, taking the scenic route to each destination. They frequently buzz past many of Chicago’s signature lakefront sights, such as Lincoln Park, the Museum Campus, and swimmers just arriving in Chicago after becoming bored with Michigan.
