What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
We have always loved technology. More importantly, we get to have positive interactions that last for years for vast majority of our customers.

What do you love most about your job?
Well, when it comes to computers and technology, you really have to love solving puzzles and problems. Then, of course, having a satisfied person that to gets to rediscover their computer.

What is the best reaction you’ve ever gotten from a customer?
Over the last 10 years, I have one customer that has referred our services out to probably a few hundred other local people. He liked who we were and what we did for him so much, he has been a huge advocate for us for many years. That is a very good feeling!
