Core Connections is committed to empowering people of ranges of ability with the healing practices of yoga and mindfulness. These practices can be restorative as they are powerful bringing transformative insight and profound well being to a world often defined by burnout, stress and depression.
Core Connections offers a secular approach with stress reduction practices to create unity in communities which will transmit to a unified compassionate world. Our teachers have complied over 16 years of experience facilitating yoga and mindfulness along with other contemplative practices. We are based out of the greater Baltimore area but have worked nationally and internationally on spreading our mission.
