What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
CoreFIT is LKN’s finest fitness facility. From the moment you walk in you will feel like you are in a health spa rather than your typical gym. We provide all top of the line machine, free weight, cardiovascular & functional training equipment.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
At CoreFIT we treat every customer like a member, not a number. We motivate by constantly interacting with our customers and paying attention to the details. We provide every ingredient for success: 24-hour access, equipment, personal training, and a nutritionist—all you have to do is mix it up!

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
LKN has been saturated with larger commercial gyms. By limiting memberships we can focus on the facility and members. We would like to bring back what is important: health and fitness. Get in a clean, uncrowded facility, crush goals, and enjoy a healthy life without any contract or hidden fees.

What do you love most about your job?
Getting to come in everyday [and see] people from all walks of life sharing a common goal, driven to improve themselves is the most fulfilling of environments to be in. Getting to be a part of these transformations and achievements is why I love what I do so much!
