$29 for a Wine-Appreciation Class, Tour, and Tasting ($150 Value)
During a 2.5-hour wine-appreciation class, groups of 20–50 guests guzzle down factoids on the wine-crafting process, starting with how the vineyards are maintained and moving into how each varietal is harvested, crushed, fermented, and aged. A tour of the winery, equipment on view, and historical tidbits about Temecula wine country pour further education into open ears before patrons get to taste wine samples, which are coupled with freshly baked breads, italian salami, and cheese. Wine-appreciation classes are held on Fridays, twice per day on Saturdays and Sundays, and on Mondays. Participants must call ahead to reserve a spot.
