Sky Fit is an intensive conditioning class for all levels whether you're a complete beginner or seasoned flyer. Work between the ground and air, using suspended fabrics to build strength and core stability.

Utilizing your own bodyweight gives you control of how far to push yourself. Sky Fit classes are the most effective way to build up your endurance for aerial work, because you're training on the same equipment you perform on.

Dramatically improve your strength and stability while creating the lean and toned body of an aerial dancer. Prepare to be challenged and totally spent by the end of the class!

Note: We recommend wearing fitted and stretchy top and leggings, similar to a yoga or fitness class. Baggy clothing gets twisted in the equipment and rides up when we flip upside down. Men can wear athletic shorts over leggings if they prefer. You won’t need any shoes or socks on the equipment. We don’t allow any jewelry on the equipment.
