Sadie was so lovely from start to finish. The facility is a private oasis with many areas to relax. The sauna and hydrotherapy were excellant. The massage was perfect!

The place has potential. Everyone was friendly. But it was not at all a smooth operation. It was billed as a two hour massage, however, it was an hour massage with time spent in a very nice dry spa and food was offered at the end. Instructions were not clear. My date's massage was good, mine was relaxing, but the most disaponins massage I'very had. The massage was very incoherent. I have had many couple massage experiences, which at full price were less than what I paid here and far more pleasing. I will not return, nor would I recommend this spa experience.

The price of this couple massage package without groupon is about $500 which is not worthed at all! The massage therapists were just awesome! But the lady who runs business was so unprofessional! She told me to pay $60-80 tip to the two therapists!

I made my appointment a month in advance, a follow up call a week before was nice letting us know to arrive 30 mins early. The 2 hrs before the appointment, I was told to come right on time. I was informed that the masseuse was running late. We were told we could park in the garage, however, when we arrived we were told to find street parking. I was served tea and told to pick out a massage. After about 15 minutes, I was led back to an open patio that was not very private...this was also where I was to get in a towel and sit in a sauna before my massage with my wife. My massage was then in a different room and the masseuse did just a normal massage, not the one we picked out. I wrote down on the form no head massage and he went and did it anyway. This was supposed to be a romantic couples spa massage combo...the groupon said hot tub but no hot tub just a sauna (I dislike saunas before a massage, just made us both very sweaty) we were really looking forward to a private hottub or sauna time but the sauna was on an open patio and the masseuse kept poking there head into the patio (I think they were storing personal belongings in the dresser on the patio). This couples package is definitely not worth it...I don't know how they come up with $490 for original price. Healing Touch Spa in Nipomo CA had a two hour couples massage with 30 min jacuzzi, 1 hr massage, 30 min jacuzzi and/or shower with mimosa, cheese, fruit, crackers, chocolate for $230 full price...Creative Chakra Spa was compared to that and definitely fell very short. I have a lot to make up to my wife because this 1 yr anniversary is off to a bad start...I'm now going to Catalina Is for the weekend. The staff was very friendly which only got them a 15% tip due to chaotic, non-romantic, non-private experience in a labyrinth of hallways...
