To an extent. You should be working out at a level that is outside your comfort zone to see maximum results. However, we never want you to push so hard that you are in actual physical pain during or after exercise.

Yes, we provide fitness regimens that help participants of every age, fitness level, and body type achieve success. We believe in creating a memorable, positive, and fun experience by being an intimidation-free gym.
