CrossFit Caliber’s head coach Arnel Delosreyes earned his certification as a CrossFit instructor after experiencing its strength and endurance-boosting benefits firsthand. CrossFit constantly challenges the body as it slings a daily rotating routine of functional movements all performed with a level of intensity rivaling that of a criminal-defense attorney diffusing a bomb on a moving rollercoaster. Used by everyone from soldiers, to stay-at-home moms, to seniors, CrossFit adapts to all exercise abilities and fitness levels. In each class, a dozen students tackle such challenges as squats, heavy lifts, stairs, and squats performed while lifting heavy stairs, all designed to facilitate fat loss, usher in lean, toned muscle and send stamina soaring. Classes convene on a seven-day schedule, with morning, lunchtime, and evening classes, as well as a free intro-level workout on Saturday morning.

About CrossFit Caliber
CrossFit Caliber’s CEO and head coach Arnel Delosreyes has firsthand knowledge of the transformative power of the CrossFit method. After training for years in traditional gyms, Delosreyes thought he had achieved a certain level of fitness, but his first CrossFit class gave him a new perspective on the matter. Inspired, the father, husband, and lawyer added a new title to his resume: certified CrossFit trainer.
Today, Delosreyes and his fellow CrossFit Caliber coaches lead students through workouts that follow CrossFit’s dogma of varied, functional fitness. The explosive sessions blend different fitness elements, such as strength training, cardio, gymnastics, and plyometrics. Like a page-a-day calendar’s page, workouts change every day, but always focus on intense conditioning.
