What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
With a combined 20 years of CrossFit coaching between our 5 coaches we have the experience and varying interests to appeal to everybody. We offer up to nine classes per day varying from CrossFit, Wellness, Kids, and Olympic Lifting classes.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Constantly varied workouts combined with friendly competition and a strong community keeps people not only to motivated to come workout, but it also prevents boredom and monotony seen so often in the fitness world.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Our owners have always had a passion to help people better themselves on a daily basis. After years of feeling lost and trying to find a niche in fitness we found CrossFit and instantly fell in love. Being able to do what do for a living is a dream come true.

What do you love most about your job?
We see people do things that were impossible for them on a daily basis. From people running their first mile, to doing their first pull-up, to competing for the first time in the sport of fitness, it never gets old.
