Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
CrossFit tests and trains your overall fitness: bodyweight mechanics, explosiveness, speed, gymnastics…, power lifting, and much more!

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Competition, not just with others but with myself and never being satisfied. CrossFit develops areas of weakness and allows someone to transform both physically and emotionally. Our gym is a place of constant change.

What do you love most about your job?
The fear. Everyone has fears, but to be able conquer those fears it takes hard work, consistency, and dedication. When people set goals and accomplish them, that’s when I feel I have done my job. I love being a small part of finding someone’s potential and helping create a new, stronger version.
