Choose Between Two Options
- $109 for a six-week, 18-class women's kickboxing fitness program ($200 value)
- $129 for an eight-week, 24-class women's kickboxing fitness program ($255 value)
Classes are held at 9 A.M. three days per week on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. All participants receive a free pair of kickboxing gloves. Classes are valid only for women.

Experienced martial artists train adults and kids of all levels in the art of muay thai and jiu jitsu, along with leading—of course—foundational classes designed to forge the kind of strength and mobility essential to these disciplines.
