Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Our instructor works out with the class while correcting members form to ensure they are getting the most from their workouts. Upbeat music pays to keep things fun!

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Many people grow tired of the same workouts. Our class get people out of that rut and constantly mixes up the workouts. We enjoy helping people to reach their fitness and health goals.

What do you love most about your job?
We love seeing people accomplish activities that they once thought were impossible. It's great to see people build great relationships with other members and coaches and learn to love working out!
