    During one-week youth Strength, Power, Speed, and Agility Camp, kids increase all aspects of their physical conditioning. Class run from Monday to Friday, 10 a.m.–noon. Complete Sports Performance Programs span a whole month to maximize athletic potential. During high-intensity CrossFit, male and female trainers emphasize functional movement and body control over the limited motion of machine-based workouts, drawing from a range of disciplines that includes gymnastics, weightlifting, and functional fitness. They constantly change up the routine, ensuring they prevent muscle boredom and hit all of the 10 fitness domains, which include strength, speed, power, endurance, stamina, flexibility, agility, balance, coordination, and accuracy. In addition to CrossFit, they fill their wide program menu with sport conditioning for adults and teens, personal training, and a corporate wellness program.
