Our customers make us stand out! Your can find a CrossFit Box just about anywhere but finding that community CrossFit is so known for might be a bit harder to find. We are smaller box which allows members to become close and get to know each other while getting an awesome workout!

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Constantly varied functional movements! Looking for motivation? This is CrossFit’s specialty! We also offer nutrition counseling, workout tracking software, a goal board and accountable coaches!

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Bringing functional fitness to a community lacking a quality product such as CrossFit. Industry veterans doing what they love, helping others reach goals on a grand scale.

What do you love most about your job?
The pride that comes along with owning a facility, helping others, and being able to impact the community I grew up in.
