About Crossfit Templum

Eric Wrona, owner of CrossFit Templum, has been working in the fitness industry for more than 15 years, assisting clients ranging in age from 8 to 92. Along the way, he has received degrees in exercise physiology and kinesiology and even competed as a natural body builder, winning the Austin Shredder competition in 2006.

But all of his training aside, he believes that CrossFit is effective thanks to the sense of camaraderie it builds among participants, who encourage one another to keep going through the vigorous Workouts of the Day. At CrossFit Templum, he and a team of certified CrossFit instructors share their knowledge and motivate clients to lead overall healthier lifestyles during their ever-changing assortment of exercises. The routines—a combination of endurance, strength, and core training—are designed to yield functional fitness for day-to-day activities such as climbing stairs, lifting heavy grocery bag, and lifting cars into tight parking spaces.
