About Da Nonna Rosa

When the owners of Da Nonna Rosa visited their grandmother's kitchen in southern Italy, she would lovingly cook them homemade meals, including handmade rustic pizza and calzones. On special occasions, she would whip up eggplant parmigiana, stuffed artichokes, and linguini in clam sauce.

Today, they don't have to wait for a family visit to partake in those dishes, because their menu pays homage to those time-tested recipes. The menu also boasts grilled entrees, such as fresh salmon and italian sausage, as well as more casual dishes like prosciutto panini. The house specialty, though, is the pizza, which guests can order with a Neapolitan- or Sicilian-style crust or the way Nonna made it all those years ago.
